Last night we held our annual Speed the Light Missions Banquet in the gym for Kaio and it was an amazing night. We were honored to have Beth Grant with us, one of our missions directors for the AG as well as our first lady presbyter the AG has ever had and Ambika Pandey from India. These two ladies work with and lead a ministry called Project Rescue; (www.projectrescue.com); that’s soul purpose is to “rescue and restore victims of sexual slavery through the  love and power of Jesus Christ.” They issued such an amazing challenge to finding our identity in Christ. At the end of the night we received our $100 challenge offering and had the privilege of leading four of our teens to Christ. We issued another five week challenge to raise $100 and have the opportunity to win a paid in full trip to Venezuela in July of 2010. I am looking forward to seeing how God uses Kaio to reach the world!
