Last night we jumped into our 3rd installment of “29″. The main point of our challenge was to let your life be completely and fully led by the Holy Spirit. One of the top five significant moments in scripture was when Jesus fulfilled His promise in sending the Holy Spirit to rest upon and in our lives. (Acts 2) We have tried for to long to lead ourselves to a place of fulfillment and purpose. We are unable to achieve this without God’s Spirit guiding us. There is no better example than Jesus himself. His entire life was directed by the Holy Spirit and we see in scripture that it took him places outside of the agenda and mapped out routes. (woman at the well, Jairus’s house, Zacchaeus’s house, etc.) It is your choice today; who are you going to let lead your life? (yourself or “the Holy Spirit”) When we let the Spirit lead us we stop wandering and walking in circles with our lives and we are pin pointed with direction and purpose! Lets live our lives being led by the Spirit and have an impact on the world and generation for the Kingdom of God.
