Movie Night

Hey Kaio! Join us on Friday April 15th for a movie night in the Cafeteria. There will be popcorn, snacks, and a costume competition. Come dressed as your favorite movie character for a chance to in a $50, $30, or $20 dollar Visa card. We start at 7pm!!

Summer Camp 2011

KAAAAIIIIIIOOOOO! This summer we will be heading up to Masterpiece Gardens in Lake Wales, FL for summer camp! We will be going the last week of July. (July 25-28) It will be a three night camp and the cost is $140.00. You can pick up a registration form at the youth offices of First Assembly or print one from online at http://sites.showitfast.com/28298/19898/youth_camp_complete_forms_3_21_11.pdf. Either way you need to make sure the forms are filled out completely and returned to Miggie Castro, Youth Admin. at First Assembly of God. The deadline for the Registration forms to be turned in is on June 29th. Any forms turned in after the deadline will be charged a $15 late fee. Make sure you get them in on time! Our guest speaker for camp this year will be Allen Griffin, who was one of our speakers at Fusion Youth Convention this past year. Kindles for Missions

Hey Kaio! We will be turning our missions focus to the country of Cuba in the month of March. We have the opportunity to help aid the education of pastors in Cuba through purchasing Amazon kindles. The schooling requires them to work through 112 books. We can provide a kindle that will contain all 112 books; and the cost is only $140.00. What an amazing investment we can make in the lives of these pastors and the country of Cuba. Our goal is to provide at least 100 kindles for this missions project. Will you please partner with our students and help us make an impact in Cuba and the Kingdom of God. Guest Speaker: Al Force

Al Force will be joining us in Kaio on March 23rd to challenge our faith. Al is presently the District Youth Director for the PenFlorida Assemblies of God. Before this venture Al spent 7 years in Ormond Beach as Student Ministries Pastor and 10 years in Jacksonville as a Youth Pastor. Al went to college at Southeastern University and says that he is “just a kid that God got a hold of and called to do something significant.” Al’s passion is God, his wife of 20 years, his 2 boys, and youth ministry. We are excited to see what God is going to do in our students through the ministry of Al Force on this amazing night! Come join us!!!

Mike Greenwells

On Friday, March 18th we will be heading out to Mike Greenwells for some fun and fellowship. Come out with us to ride go-karts, hit the batting cages and light up the arcade. We will be meeting at the church at 6:30 pm to get to the park by 7pm. We will be returning to the church by 10:30pm for pick up. Bring $7 dollars for a round of golf, 1 go-kart ride and 10 tokens. Guys Campout

Our high school guys will be heading down to Koreshan State Historic Site for a camp out. Guys join us for an adventurous time of canoeing, fishing, cookout and campfire! Its happening Feb. 18th and the cost is $7.

Girls Sleepover

Friday February 18th our high school girls will be having a sleepover in Colonial Chapel starting at 7pm and ending at 9am on February 19th. If you are a high school girl you don’t want to miss this fun night with a scavenger hunt, movies, games, and more!

80’s Dodgeball

If you are in high school then you need to come out on Jan. 21st for 80’s dodgeball. We will be in the gym from 7pm to 9pm living in the 80’s baby! Come dressed in 80’s attire and have fun while we pummel one another with dodgeballs. So put together a 12 man or girl team and meet us in the gym Friday night, Jan. 21st for fun, hanging out and your chance to win the coveted Kaio Dodgeball Trophy!! See you there.

The Book of Philippians
